Customer Requirements

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all data and application software is properly backed up prior to Odyssey receiving for inspection.

Odyssey cannot be held liable if your equipment fails whilst under our care


Odyssey Technologies Limited warrants its repairs to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months, unless specifically stated otherwise. Warranty period commences on date of dispatch. Warranty will be void if the warranty seals placed on the unit by Odyssey Technologies Limited are broken. Warranty does not apply to normal wear or to damage resulting from accident, abnormal use, or misuse, abuse or neglect. Defective items will be rectified at no charge if they are returned to Odyssey Technologies Limited. If in the eventuality that Odyssey Technologies Limited are unable to rectify the fault through all reasonable endeavours Odyssey will credit the original repair cost to the customer and return the goods. The credit raised by Odyssey will be against the repair only and not include any courier or additional costs.

Collection and Delivery

Should you take out our courier collection service this should take place next business day if arranged before 1pm. All return deliveries by courier will be at a cost of £14.40. If you require Odyssey to arrange collection and delivery of your faulty item, this will be charged at £24. Claims for damage or loss of equipment during shipment/collection by our courier are in accordance with the courier and insurance companies terms and conditions. Any damage of goods should be reported within 24 hours (These are available upon request)

Defects Upon Delivery

  • Any query regarding transit damage, type, style, quantity or quality must be reported to Odyssey Technologies Ltd within 24 hours. No claim will be accepted after this time.
  • No liability will be accepted for goods damaged due to insufficient packing by the sender/end user.
  • No Liability will be accepted for goods received via courier unchecked.
  • No Liability will be accepted for goods sent via courier unchecked.


Odyssey Technologies Limited shall not be liable under any circumstances for any special, consequential, incidental or exemplary damages, including but not limited, to damage for lost profits, loss of use, lost data, or for damages paid by the customer to third parties.

Equipment Disposal

Any items left for over 3 months can be disposed of by Odyssey Technologies Limited in accordance with the government’s WEEE compliance and is subject to a discretionary covering charge.

Patents, Trade Marks, ETC.

Odyssey Technologies Limited acknowledges all patents, trade marks, logos etc.


Odyssey Technologies Limited reserves the right to change prices, terms and conditions without prior notice.
