How much will it cost?

We charge an initial £24 inspection fee after which we’ll provide you with a quote to repair. All inspection fees are redeemable against the cost of the repair if the estimate is accepted.

How long will it take?

We aim to inspect and get a quote to you within 48 hours of receiving your faulty item.

What if my piece of faulty tech is not repairable?

We can repair 95% of the items we receive. However in the unlikely event that we cannot repair your item there will be no other charges other than the initial inspection fee which would have paid up front.

Is there a Warranty?

We provide a 6 month warranty against all the repairs we carry out.
