Data Backup and Data Recovery

When you send your machine to us, we will offer to back up all your data onto DVD's for you.

This service ensures that we are doing our best to protect your data during the repair process.

Backups are normally made onto DVD, and we replicate your entire hard-drive where possible. Please note however that for security reasons we cannot validate the quality of the backups we make - so it is essential that all your data is backed up at your own premises before you send your machine to us for repair.
