Q. How long will the repair take?
A. Your repair will take either 3-5 days or 5-7 days depending on which service you take out. The availability of spares could also affect the repair time

Q. What is the warranty period?
A. A warranty period of 6 months is given on all repairs, plus the manufacturers warranty on all parts used.

Q. How do I get my item to you?
A. You can either courier your item to us yourself, take out our courier collection service or if you are within our local collection area, we can arrange our own driver to collect it for you

Q. What happens if you can't repair the item?
A. If we cant repair your item, we will offer you a replacement or send it back to you

Q. At what stage do I pay for the repair?
A. You will pay for the inspection fee first and after the item has been inspected you will receive a quote for the repair, at which stage you will be asked for your payment details
